2nd Timothy 1:1- 7. Paul first met Timothy in Lystra in Acts 16:1 (Turkey). Timothy, the son of Jewish mother who became a Christian believer, while his father was a Greek. Timothy would become Paul’s son in the faith but before that meeting Timothy was trained and raised in godliness by his mother Eunice and his grandmother Lois.
